The business case, end to end.

Building the case

Every number carries its basis, and every basis can be challenged.

A business case that shows its work

Every figure records what it rests on (a measured input, a stated assumption, or a benchmark), and is expressed as a range rather than a single confident-looking number. Finance can interrogate it instead of disbelieving it.

The cost of doing nothing

Quantifies the status quo across named cost drivers, not just recovered labor hours, then reconciles the original estimate against what was actually measured once the work shipped.

Options, not an ultimatum

Several priced scenarios on the table at once, so the decision is which one rather than whether. Buyers approve choices far more readily than they approve ultimatums.

Compared against hiring

The honest alternative is another person, so the model says so, with ramp time counted on both sides. It is the comparison the buyer was already making privately.

A proposal they can argue with

The reviewer opens it and changes the assumptions themselves, watching the return move. Opens are recorded, so silence is distinguishable from never having looked.

Estimates calibrated by evidence

Portfolio-wide reconciliation of what was promised at prospecting against what was measured at the end. Credibility compounds instead of decaying.

Feeding the case

The case is only as good as what feeds it, so feeding it is most of the product.

Reads the documents you already have

PDF, Word, Excel and saved emails are read in your browser and never uploaded; scans and photographed SOPs can be read with AI, and only with your say-so. Nobody retypes a procedure that already exists.

Every figure quotes its source

Anything extracted from a document carries the verbatim sentence it came from (down to the page), and the quote is checked against the source before you ever see it. A figure that cannot be verified is discarded, not offered.

Email it in

Every engagement can have its own forwarding address. Documents your client emails land in a review queue, mail from unknown senders is quarantined, and nothing is read into the record until a person says so.

Say it out loud

Walkthroughs, meetings and dictation become source text through the same pipeline as an upload, and the transcript stays verbatim, because it is what every extracted figure is verified against.

Pulls from the suite's library

When the client already runs on the suite, their controlled documents and knowledge base are read in place, cited by revision and approval state, which is a stronger citation than any filename.

Nothing enters unreviewed

Extraction proposes; a person accepts. Proposed process steps, cost drivers and success measures all pass through the same review gate, and every accepted value keeps its provenance.

Running the practice

AI process assessment

Structured analysis across operations, technology integration and workforce risk, turning a consulting conversation into a repeatable product.

Opportunity pipeline

A prioritized register with versioning, carried from first assessment through to implementation and delivery.

Multi-workspace agencies

Run many client organizations from one place, with the white-label identity owned by the organization rather than by an individual login.

Capture links

Share an assessment capture link from anywhere, including the phone, so intake happens during the walkthrough.

Proposal engagement

Know which proposals were opened and which were never looked at, so the pipeline reflects reality.

Hands off to execution, and hears back

A signed-off design provisions into the execution suite as draft workflows and controlled documents, and the automation's own run counts flow back as measured savings, value delivered, shown against fees paid, never a typed claim.
