End User License Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intellimate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer the software
• Remove proprietary notices
• Use the services for illegal purposes

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the services remain with Intellimate.

4. Data Rights

You retain ownership of your data. We have the right to use anonymized data for service improvement.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
