End User License Agreement

This agreement covers the software you use when you use Intellimate AI: the web application and the Intellimate AI mobile app. It sits alongside the Terms of Service, which govern your account, your plan, fees, your data and our liability. Where the two overlap, the Terms of Service control.

1. License

For as long as your account is active and you comply with the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your own business purposes, and for your clients' purposes where your plan allows it.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• remove or alter proprietary notices;
• rent, sell, or sublicense the software except as your plan allows;
• use the software for anything unlawful, or to build a competing product.

3. Ownership

We and our licensors keep all rights, title, and interest in the software. You keep ownership of the information you put into it and of what it produces for you, as set out in the Terms of Service.

4. Your data

How your information is used, including the anonymized outcome library and the AI providers that process it, is described in section 6 of the Terms of Service and in the Privacy Policy. This agreement grants us no further rights to your data.

5. Updates

We update the software from time to time. Some updates happen automatically; the mobile app may ask you to install a newer version before you can keep using it.

6. Termination

This license ends when your account closes, or automatically if you breach this agreement or the Terms of Service. When it ends, you must stop using the software and delete the mobile app.

7. Warranty

The software is provided as described in the disclaimers and limitation of liability sections of the Terms of Service.
