Cookie Policy
What this page covers
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device so it can remember something between pages or between visits. Local storage and session storage do the same job under a different name, and everything here applies to them too.
This page is about intellimate.ai, the website. What Intellimate does with data inside the product is covered by our Privacy Policy.
What we store, and why
Strictly necessary. These make the site work and cannot be switched off from here. They carry the security checks that keep automated abuse out, keep you signed in where the site offers an account, and remember the choice you make about this page — that choice is kept in a first-party cookie named _mtg_consent for six months.
Anything you set in the accessibility panel is also kept on your device, under mtg_a11y, so the site remembers it next time. Nothing about those settings is sent to us.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies when analytics storage is allowed, and a self-hosted Umami instance, which is cookieless and stores nothing on your device at all. We also record which parts of a page get used and how far down people read, counted against a short-lived key in your browser's session storage — element positions and percentages, never keystrokes and never the contents of anything you type.
Preferences. The site can remember whether you have been here before and which page you arrived on, so it can lead with the thing you came for. That is kept in your browser.
Marketing. This site runs no advertising or remarketing pixels. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Your choices
Where consent is required by law — the EEA, the UK and Switzerland — nothing outside the strictly necessary category runs until you allow it, and you are asked before anything is set.
Everywhere else, analytics and preferences start switched on and you can turn them off whenever you like from Cookie settings, available on every page.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an instruction to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. That is honored automatically, whether or not you change anything here.
In your browser. Every major browser lets you see, delete or block cookies for a single site, under Settings → Privacy. Blocking everything will break sign-in on this and most other sites.
